Mike and Ashlee are married!
March 19th, one year after they became engaged, Ashlee and Mike became husband and wife. Their wedding was held in downtown Columbus, at St. Joseph’s Cathedral. Their day started out with beautiful sunshine and ended with a beautiful bride and handsome groom. I don’t think these two could be any more perfect for each other.
Their ceremony was perfect, and if the look on Mike’s face as he watched his gorgeous bride walk down the isle didn’t say it all, I don’t know what does!
The reception was held at the YWCA in downtown Columbus. The room was filled with all their adoring friends and family. The food was catered from Hoggy’s…oh, yes, yum. The DJ played great tunes and got the dance floor packed. A few break dancers emerged from the crowd, and I have to say I was very impressed. Some of the moves looked very painful. LOL! :)
The wedding cake topper was Mickey and Minnie mouse. It was purchased in Florida where Mike proposed.
Hope you had a great time on your honeymoon Ashlee and Mike!! And those who are just stopping by to visit my blog, I hope you have a great weekend!!

Jeff and Mitzi….are married! :)
Jeff and Mitzi started dating 8 years ago!!! yes, you saw that right 8!!! I am sooo happy that he finally married this girl!! LOL! :) They are such a cute couple and deserve great things together!! Mitzi couldn’t have looked more beautiful on her day, and Jeff looked equally handsome. The church was packed with well wishers who were eager to see them become one. Jeff is my cousin, so I have to give him a hard time about taking so long to get married to such a sweet girl. Take good care of each other you two!

Mike and Ashlee…..
This couple, is well, adorable. :) They are just as adorable on the inside as they are on the outside! Such a nice couple!
We did their session at a park in Grove City in October. But it was hot…like 90 degrees hot. But they never once complained.
I have heard some details about the wedding they have planned….and oh, boy, am I excited!! :0) I can’t wait to see Mike’s face when he sees Ashlee for the first time in that dress!! :0) That will be so fun! And it will be here before we know it!!
I have some awesome stuff coming up and not enough hours in my day to get caught up on blogging…but I will continue to try! :)

Senior Session, Eli…Class of 2011
Eli is a senior who has chosen to take on the career of welding. He has a great start by going to the technical school for his last two years in high school. His family is super proud of him, and his accomplishments so far! I expect to hear great things about him in the future. He is super laid back. We did the session at his home, which was a gorgeous location! His only requests where that he wanted three things in his pictures…his truck, his girlfriend of 4 years, and his welding equipment. :) Eli, Thank you for an awesome session!! You are off to do great things in the future! Best of luck!!

Family Portrait session…
Here is another session from October….a super adorable family! :)
Phil and Katy have the most adorable little family, about to grow by one very soon!! :) An adorable little guy will soon be such a blessing. I am sure his sisters will have lots of fun dressing him in all their doll clothes. That was my favorite part about having a brother!! (I should really dig those pics out and share, my brother would probably kill me!! LOL!) :)
These girls are sooo sweet!! We didn’t get a really long shoot, because the younger of the two, got tired. I understood this completely, because there are so many days that I would love to just sit down, start crying, have my dad carry me around and feed me graham crackers. Unfortunately at my age, that would not be acceptable behavior…LOL! :)
Enjoy your week everyone!! :)
Hugs,
angela

Happy Monday!
It’s Monday! I have been a bad, bad, bad, blogger. I know it. You don’t have to tell me.
I thought today I would post an e-session from October. (Yes, October, I am bad) :)
This e-session was different, different in a great way! Kristy wanted to wear her wedding dress because she is getting married in January, and knew that it would be too cold to go outside for pictures then. And then they told me they were wanting a fire theme because Brian is a Lt. Chief of the local fire dept…..oh, boy! I was extra excited!! :) I love new ideas and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE when couples want to become involved in the planning of the details of an engagement session!! :)
Kristy was super fun, even when she got grease all over the back of her dress…she took it in stride! That is my kind of bride!! :) I assured her that it wouldn’t be seen in her pictures–thank you Photoshop! :) And that all would be good photo wise.
We took some pics at the fire dept. before heading out to Hargus Lake, stopping once in route to take a picture on a back road. :) You gotta love having a fire truck as a prop for an e-session! How cool is that?!!? :)
Thanks Kristy and Brian. I had a great time photographing your e-session, and I look forward to your wedding!!
Have a great week!! I will eventually get caught up!! :) (I promise!)

Angela

Enjoy your weekend…
Here are a few shots from a little walk I took a couple weeks ago with my dog Marley. We went to Hargus Lake and just aimlessly walked around! :) It was sooo relaxing!! I am sad that most of the pretty fall colors are gone now, and the grass will soon be covered with snow.
